1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, memberships, events, and online courses offered by Creative Counsellors Community CIC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our services are available via our website and course platform hosted at https://theccchub.com and https://creativecounsellors.org and other online or in-person environments.

By purchasing a course, event ticket, or membership with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you register for our services, you may be asked to create a login account via our course platform, currently hosted by Thinkific. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access to online materials is granted for the period specified at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to update or withdraw course materials as needed.


4. Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your financial information. All payments are processed according to the terms and policies of those providers.

6. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to remove participants from any course or event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.


8. Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a course or event (online or in person), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).
