1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, memberships, events, and online courses offered by Creative Counsellors Community CIC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our services are available via our website and course platform hosted at https://theccchub.com and https://creativecounsellors.org and other online or in-person environments.

By purchasing a course, event ticket, or membership with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Cooling-Off Period and Refunds

Online Courses and Memberships

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may request a full refund.
After 14 days, no refunds will be offered for any reason, including non-attendance or change of circumstance.
However, you may request to transfer to a later online course or cohort by contacting us at [email protected].

In-Person Events

No refunds will be offered for any in-person event, under any circumstance.
Once an in-person event ticket is booked, you are liable for the full cost, whether or not you attend.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a name transfer (i.e. send someone else in your place), which will be subject to approval and event availability.

3. Your Account and Course Access

When you register for our services, you may be asked to create a login account via our course platform, currently hosted by Thinkific. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access to online materials is granted for the period specified at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to update or withdraw course materials as needed.

4. Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your financial information. All payments are processed according to the terms and policies of those providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and digital resources are owned by Creative Counsellors Community CIC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside of your personal use without written permission.

7. Conduct and Participation

We reserve the right to remove participants from any course or event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.

8. Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a course or event (online or in person), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is used, stored, and protected.
