Terms and Conditions for Courses, Memberships & Events

1. Who We Are
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all memberships, courses, workshops, trainings, events, online communities, and services offered by Creative Counsellors Community CIC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Our services may be delivered through:
- Creative Counsellors
- The CCC Hub
- Zoom and other online platforms
- In-person venues and events
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in our services, memberships, courses, or events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Cooling-Off Period & Refunds
Online Courses & Memberships
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not accessed or completed the course materials.
After 14 days, refunds will not normally be offered, including in cases of:
- Non-attendance
- Change of circumstances
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete the course
At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to a later course, cohort, or intake where appropriate.

In-Person Events
Unless otherwise stated, tickets for in-person events are non-refundable.
Once a place has been booked, you remain responsible for the full fee whether or not you attend.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a transfer of your place to another person. Transfers are subject to approval and event capacity.
3. Your Account & Course Access
When registering for our services, you may be required to create an account through our online learning or membership platforms, including Thinkific.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- Ensuring access links and member resources are not shared
- All activity conducted under your account
Access to online materials is granted for the duration stated at the point of purchase or membership registration.
We reserve the right to:
- Update course materials
- Modify platform access
- Remove or archive content
- Suspend access where Terms are breached
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your payment card details.
All payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

We aim to provide a supportive, professional, and responsive experience for all members and attendees.

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all course materials, recordings, handouts, downloads, frameworks, training resources, presentations, written content, graphics, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Creative Counsellors Community CIC.
Materials are provided for personal educational use only.
You may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Sell
- Republish
- Redistribute
- Publicly share
- Upload
- Transcribe
- Record
- Adapt
…any materials or event content without prior written permission.
Unauthorised recording, reproduction, transcription, distribution, or public sharing of Creative Counsellors Community CIC content, events, trainings, or community discussions is strictly prohibited.
7. Conduct, Confidentiality & Online Participation
Creative Counsellors Community CIC aims to create spaces that are respectful, reflective, inclusive, creative, and emotionally safe.
By participating in our memberships, trainings, workshops, supervision spaces, peer groups, online communities, or events, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators and participants
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of others
- Avoid sharing identifying client information unless appropriately anonymised and ethically discussed
- Avoid sharing participant contributions or discussions outside the space without explicit permission
- Follow safeguarding guidance, facilitator instructions, and community expectations
To help protect participant privacy and confidentiality:
- Independent participant recording, screenshots, livestreaming, transcription software, and external AI meeting assistants (including Otter AI, Fireflies, Read.ai, Fathom, and similar services) are not permitted unless explicitly authorised in writing by Creative Counsellors Community CIC.
- Zoom links, replay links, member resources, and event access details must not be shared with unauthorised individuals.
- Some training and CPD sessions may include facilitator-created summaries or learning notes for educational purposes. These summaries are reviewed before sharing and identifying or confidential information will be removed wherever appropriate.
- Peer support spaces, reflective practice groups, supervision spaces, and wellbeing gatherings are intended to remain confidential and are not routinely recorded, summarised, or transcribed by the organisation.
While we take reasonable steps to help protect confidentiality within our online and in-person spaces, no online environment can guarantee absolute confidentiality.
We reserve the right to remove participants from any course, membership, event, or community space without refund where behaviour is considered:
- Disruptive
- Harmful
- Unsafe
- Discriminatory
- Harassing
- Unethical
- In breach of these Terms
8. Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel or postpone a course, workshop, or event, you will be offered either:
- A full refund
OR - The option to transfer to a future date
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including:
- Travel
- Accommodation
- Loss of earnings
- Other personal expenses
9. Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Continued participation in our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
