Mary McCabe

Mary McCabe brings over 13 years of experience in counselling, having worked in universities, the NHS, MIND, and private practice. As a specialist in Creative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mary integrates various approaches to support clients in their healing journey. She also offers supervision and training, sharing her expertise with fellow professionals.

A former teacher, researcher, and volunteer in social care, Mary’s passion for helping others extends beyond counselling. Outside of her work, she enjoys writing, spending time in nature, and relaxing in coffee shops. She is a proud mum to an adult son and has a cat named Oreo. As someone with ADHD, she is also committed to embracing neurodiversity.
