Working Creatively with Stress & Burnout

“Stress" has become a catch-all phrase for the myriad challenges life presents. Often overlooked is the concept of "pressure." We all experience pressure but it morphs into stress when it goes on too long or there is pressure from multiple sources, which overwhelm our normal coping mechanisms. When we tip over into stress, the body and brain respond with ‘foggy’ brain, an inability to focus or make decisions, forgetfulness, exhaustion, and a sense of falling behind with our work. All of which make us work harder/longer – the precursor to the spiralling pathway to burnout. What to expect from the session Our workshop endeavours to intercept this downward spiral, offering a creative way to helps clients step off the spiral and find new perspectives that help redefine perceptions and foster renewed empowerment. Join us as we embark on a journey to disrupt patterns and equip our clients to not only navigate but to thrive amidst life's inevitable challenges and find more inner mental and physical harmony.
