A Parts Informed and Compassionate Approach to Burnout

Understanding the role of inner parts and the central nervous system in burnout

This workshop delves into the intricate relationship between burnout and internal aspects such as the Inner Critic, People Pleaser, and the Pusher. By gaining insight into one's internal dialogues originating from these facets, participants can discern how they contribute to the development of conditions conducive to burnout. Furthermore, the workshop will illuminate the role of nervous system dysregulation as a pivotal factor in burnout, offering techniques for self-regulation and fortifying resilience. Honorata adopts a Parts Informed approach to her work, complemented by an Advanced Certificate in Parts Theories in addition to her counseling qualifications. Her methodology integrates parts theory with a creative and empathetic approach to deepen comprehension and navigate the burnout phenomenon. Participants are encouraged to have paper and a pen for creative activities, along with a blanket and an open mind.
