Using therapeutic cards to facilitate the exploration of thoughts and emotions.

In this Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, we delve into the transformative realm of imagery, uncovering the creative pathways to explore relationships, thoughts, and emotions through therapeutic cards. This session invites participants to explore the expressive potential of visual representation as a dynamic tool for self-discovery and therapeutic exploration. Throughout the training, we explore the nuanced ways in which therapeutic cards can serve as a medium for delving into the intricacies of relationships, facilitating a profound examination of thoughts, and navigating the landscape of emotions. By tapping into the power of imagery, participants are empowered to engage with and interpret their internal worlds in a rich and meaningful manner. The creative utilization of therapeutic cards offers a unique and personalized approach to self-reflection and therapeutic expression. Participants will gain insights into how these visual tools can be integrated into therapeutic practices, fostering a deeper understanding of the intricate interplay between imagery and the human psyche. Join us on this journey of exploration and discovery as we unlock the potential of therapeutic cards in enhancing the therapeutic process. In this training we use Margot Sunderland Relationship cards and the WAI card deck.
