MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Jen Crommar

Jen has been writing for decades. What began as a way to cope with sleeplessness and loneliness slowly became a lifelong companion,  a source of healing, meaning, and transformation.

She is a highly experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, supervisor, trainer, author, poet, and artist, with an MA in Creative Writing for Personal Development from Sussex University. Jen supports people to write their stories for healing, business, and legacy, encouraging a deep belief in the value of one’s lived experience and, when the time is right, sharing that story to support others.

Her facilitation style is warm, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace and process.
