But how we hold trauma matters just as much as the trauma itself. This 12-month on-demand programme gives counsellors and psychotherapists a modern, compassionate, creative and deeply practical foundation for working with trauma safely and effectively. Each month you’ll receive a 2-hour trauma-informed module, exploring trauma theory & psychoeducation, creative therapeutic interventions, reflective practice exercises with guidance for safe and ethical, trauma-informed work.

Unlike intensive or overwhelming trainings, this programme unfolds gradually across the year.

Every month, you’ll receive an email nudge to access your 2-hour on-demand training session, integrating theory, with creative ideas, tools and approaches you can use directly in practice, all delivered through a trauma-informed lens, grounded in safety, compassion and ethical awareness.

All trainings are uploaded on the last day of each month and will be available 24/7 inside your online course hub. No deadlines. No pressure. Learn when you feel ready. By the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate for 24 hours of trauma-informed CPD training.

Tanja, Gaynor and Eve have all worked extensively within trauma counselling settings and bring a rich depth of professional and lived insight to this programme. Tanja has a specialist interest in post-traumatic growth and trauma-informed hypnotherapy, drawing on her experience of integrating creative and reflective approaches within therapeutic practice. Gaynor is passionate about trauma-informed ways of working more creatively, supporting practitioners to bring sensitivity, imagination and ethical awareness into their work with clients. Both Tanja and Gaynor have undertaken trauma training to degree level, strengthening the academic and clinical foundations of their practice, while Eve has completed a Level 7 diploma in trauma-informed leadership and somatic coaching, bringing an embodied, compassionate and reflective leadership perspective to the training.
