Nicola Hughes
Nicola is a Creative Counsellor, Outdoor Therapist, Supervisor, and Trainer with a private practice at The Caravan Clinic in Leeds. She offers therapy outdoors in the surrounding area and online, working with individuals, couples, and families. Her work focuses on bereavement, women’s mental health, and neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism). As a neurodivergent person and parent, Nicola understands the importance of carving out space in our fast-paced world to prevent burnout. She is passionate about creating safe, creative spaces—not just for her clients, but also for fellow professionals who need time to reflect, process, and recharge.
