Creative Skills - Flowing and relaxing with watercolour loose florals

Sometimes after a full day of holding space for others, what we need most is something gentle, restorative and creatively freeing. This beautiful beginner-friendly session offers exactly that. Join Honorata for a soothing, experiential workshop exploring simple expressive techniques using watercolour and florals in a way that feels playful, relaxing and completely unintimidating. Whether you’ve felt unsure about using paint, avoided watercolour altogether, or simply long for a softer way to create, this session invites you to slow down, soften and explore. Together, we’ll work with the qualities of watercolour paint as a resource for self-care, nervous system soothing and creative expression. This is not about technique, perfection or creating a finished piece. It is about process, presence and allowing colour, water and movement to support regulation and release. This session may be especially supportive for practitioners looking for gentle creative tools they can use both for themselves and, where appropriate, adapt into client work — particularly with clients drawn to colour, florals and less verbal, sensory approaches. In this session, you will: Explore beginner-friendly watercolour techniques in a relaxed, accessible way Discover how creative play with paint can support slowing down and nervous system regulation Experience watercolour as a tool for relaxation, soothing and self-care Learn simple expressive approaches you may adapt for therapeutic or personal use Reconnect with creativity without pressure, performance or needing to “be good at art” Need to de-stress after a heavy day with clients?
