Dreams often speak in a language that is symbolic, emotional, visual and deeply personal. They may arrive as fragments, colours, characters, sensations, landscapes or recurring images that stay with us long after waking.
In this gentle and creative pre-recorded workshop, Anna Borowski invites you to explore ways of working with dream imagery through colour, symbols, drawing, imagination and reflection.
Rather than looking for one “correct” interpretation, this session encourages a curious, creative and trauma-informed approach to dream exploration. You’ll be invited to engage with dream images in ways that feel accessible, reflective and personal, while also considering how these approaches may be adapted for therapeutic work.
This workshop is suitable whether you are personally curious about dreams, interested in creative therapeutic practice, or looking for fresh ways to support clients in exploring dream material safely and imaginatively.
About This Workshop
Dreams can offer powerful windows into our inner world, but they do not always arrive in clear or logical language. They often communicate through symbol, metaphor, feeling, colour and image.
This session offers a gentle, creative way to slow down and listen to the imagery of dreams. Through art-making, reflection and curiosity, you’ll explore how dream images might be brought to life on the page and engaged with in a way that honours personal meaning, emotional tone and individual boundaries.
The focus is not on analysing dreams from the outside, but on creating space to meet dream imagery from within.
