Exploring MBFI Using Sand and Symbols

In this creative session, we explore our mind, body, feelings, and intuition.

During this hands-on creative session, we’ll explore the MBFI Model and Mind, Body, Feeling, and Intuition. We will create these elements using sand and symbols and explore how to bring them to life. We will use photographs that reflect through a different lens to give insight and bring new awareness. Gaynor will guide us through an embodied, playful approach to client work, showing how sand and symbols can open powerful new pathways for awareness, intuition, and connection. This session is perfect if you’d like to: 🌿 Expand your creative toolkit 🌿 Integrate mind, body, feeling, and intuition in practice 🌿 Bring more play and embodiment into your client work Materials: If you have sand and symbols available, bring them along! Otherwise, just grab some paper and pens and join us for the creative journey. Your phone or camera too as we will be taking photos throughout the session. Who is this for? This session is perfect for counsellors, coaches, therapists, and well-being practitioners who want to incorporate more gentle creativity into their work, especially when helping clients prepare for what's to come.
