Creative Art Journaling Series

With Nature In Mind

Nature reminds us that no two things are ever the same. Every tree grows in its own way, every leaf carries its own design – just like we do. In this session, we’ll be using the beauty and wisdom of nature to inspire our creative journaling. Through playful exercises, gentle prompts, and natural materials, we’ll explore what makes us unique. Rather than aiming for perfection, we’ll celebrate individuality, difference, and the ways our personal stories can take shape on the page. This is your space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create freely. You don’t need to be an artist or a writer to take part – just bring curiosity, a willingness to play, and a few treasures from the natural world. We encourage you to bring a journal or loose paper, some glue, scissors, and tape, along with paints, pens, coloured paper, and anything else that inspires you. If you’d like, gather natural items such as twigs, feathers, or shells, and bring along extra creative touches like collage pieces, stickers, or washi tape. This session is about you – your time to connect, play, reflect, and get curious. There’s no right or wrong way to do it.
