Creative Art Journaling Series

Envelopes, Pockets and Creative Discovery

In this session, we’ll be exploring creativity with pockets and envelopes that can not only add layers of creativity and curiosity into our journals but provide spaces for hidden messages or making space for the things we’re not quite ready to let go of. Pockets and envelopes can become powerful metaphors for what we choose to hold onto, hide away, or release with intention. What to Bring… A journal or loose paper (always bring spare) Envelopes or paper to make your own pockets. Glue Scissors Pens, markers or paint Any extras of your choice such as washi tape, stickers, scraps, printed words, collage, paint etc. This is your space to Explore, Express & Reflect. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and make space for creativity in your life. Through gentle reflective prompts and playful art materials, we’ll guide you into deeper self-awareness, one page at a time. Think of this session as your permission slip to create freely, without pressure, without perfection, and without needing hours to do it. You don’t need to be an artist or writer to take part. This is about the process, not the product. Whether you’re completely new to creative journaling or returning to it with fresh eyes, you’ll be gently supported to let go, have fun, and discover something new about yourself. This session is all about you, your voice, your rhythm, your reflections. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
