Tanja and Gaynor

Tanja Sharpe & Gaynor Rimmer are both qualified counsellors, supervisors, coaches and hypnotherapists with a passion for integrating creativity into mainstream counselling models.

We launched our training in 2018 with online drop in sessions for counsellors. This quickly grew to our first in person conference and then onto our recognised CPCAB training pathways and our thriving bespoke membership for counsellors and therapists who are drawn to working more creatively. We find that the more confident we become in offering creative interventions, the more we can facilitate our clients to grow in confidence too.

We are deeply committed and passionate about creativity in our own lives and in our counselling practice and we feel honoured to be able to share this with you!

As with all of our Creative Counsellors training programmes, we aim to deliver a healthy balance of theory, practical and creative elements and this training is delivered via Zoom so that you can join us from anywhere in the world in a space that suits you.

Supervision Models , we will explore various models of supervision as part of this training, and introduce you to the CRAFTS Model Of Supervision ®

  • CRAFTS Model Of Supervision ®
  • Creativity: Integrating creative methods in supervision
  • Reflection: Encouraging reflective practice, exploring the supervisee's thoughts, feelings, and reactions to client interactions
  • Awareness: Increasing awareness, exploring the client's feelings, the counsellor's responses, the relationship dynamics, and the broader systemic influences
  • Focus: Think about how you focus the sessions and the supervisee, avoiding collusion and identifying defence mechanisms
  • Transformation: What are the key takeaways? Personal and professional transformation
  • Systemic: Highlight and acknowledge the interconnectedness of individuals and their surrounding environments
