This Is Me! Neurodivergence Life Mapping

For neurodivergent therapists as well as the many wonderful counsellors who support ND clients, young people, friends, and family too.

This creative session has been created with our neurodivergent therapists in mind as well as the many wonderful counsellors who support ND clients, young people, friends, and family too. In this session we aim to facilitate 1.5 hours of nurturing and compassionate creative prompts to help ND people to map out a life full of hopes, dreams, strengths, skills, values, relationships, work/life balance and other important elements too. We will offer gentle prompts to help you to connect to each element and offer time to process and create at each stage of the creation. Suggested Resources. Resources: A3 paper, coloured pens, inspiring images, and quotes that you can connect with to represent your strengths, skills, hopes and dreams and anything else that you would like to work with like therapeutic cards, symbols, images and sound. You can work within a sand tray if you prefer or through journaling if you prefer to work within a creative writing modality. Come as you are with any resources you wish to work with
