Therapeutic Art Skills - IKIGAI

Ikigai is the concept born in Japan and close to European existentialism, when the focus on life purpose is brought to the centre of what we call “a good life”. Ikigai invites clients to look at their natural abilities, what brings them joy and carving out from that a unique life of the personal passion and the purpose. In this session I will introduce you to basics of Ikigai with some creative activities that help you and the clients to uncover more meaning in their life. This is a great concept for working with life meaning, changes, re-shaping life and finding new pathways through the life. Materials: lots of paper and markers or coloured pencils
